Order & Delivery

We ship all our products from France.
It usually takes 3-5 days.
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed.
To request a cancellation, please contact customer service immediately at lingerie@barbaraparis.fr.
Product options cannot be changed after ordering. You must cancel your order and order again.
If a product is out of stock for a long period of time and cannot be supplied immediately, a refund will be issued after notification to the customer.
The gift wrapping service costs 5 euros.
Options must be added when ordering.
In the event of loss during transport, please contact customer service at lingerie@barbaraparis.fr.
barbara paris is not responsible if your order is delivered to the correct address but is lost (stolen).

Returns and Exchanges

We do not do exchanges. You need to return the existing order and reorder it.
You can return the product within 30 days of receipt.
You must inform lingerie@barbaraparis.fr customer service of your intention to return the product within 30 days.
You must return to Barbara Paris within 14 days of the date of the return request.
The return procedure to follow is as follows.

1. lingerie@barbaraparis.fr is informed of your intention to return the product to customer service.
2. Complete the returns form and send it to us by email.
3. We send you the content of your return request and your return label by our email.
4. Put the item to be returned in the original packaging, print a return label, and affix a return label to the packaging.
5. Go to the La Poste post office to drop off returns.
6. After receipt by Barbara Paris, the product is checked. If the product meets the legal and conventional conditions, a refund will be made.
Returns must be made in their original condition (labels, packaging, accessories, gifts, etc.).
The following items are not accepted for return,
notably :
- perfumed items;
- damaged, polluted, or deformed items;
- washed items;
- items without labels.
- items without free gifts.
