Q. Is it exchangeable?
A. We do not offer exchanges.
You must return your existing order and reorder it.
Q. How do I return it?
A. You can return the product within 30 days of receipt.
You must notify customer service at lingerie@barbaraparis.fr of your intention to return the product within 30 days.
You must return it to Barbara Paris within 14 days of the return request date.
The return procedure is as follows.
Returns must be made in their original condition (labels, packaging, accessories, gifts, etc.).
The following items are not accepted for return, in particular:
- Perfumed items;
- Damaged, or contaminated, or deformed items;
- Washed items;
- Items without tags.
- Items without free gifts.
Barbara Paris does not accept products sold by third-party sellers.
Q. What are the return shipping costs?
A. Returns due to a customer's change of mind:
France: €7.
Belgium, Germany, Italy: €10.
The return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
Q. What if the product is defective?
A. Barbara Paris takes the utmost care with the products.
However, if you have any problems, please contact customer service at lingerie@barbaraparis.fr as soon as possible.
If the defect is proven, an exchange or refund will be provided.
Return and reshipping costs will be fully covered by Barbara Paris.
Q. How are refunds processed?
A. Once your product is received, it will be processed within 14 days of inspection or verification.
Refunds will be issued using the payment method chosen when ordering.
The amount corresponding to the purchase price actually paid by the Customer plus shipping costs will be refunded, after deduction of the return costs.
